it all begins with an idea. fill out an inquiry form and tell us all about where you want to go and what you want to do so that we can recommend the best options for you. be sure to check out our packages page to find the best fit for your vacation.
step 2 — create
you’ll hear back from a travel advisor within 24 hours of your inquiry via email. here, we will consult about the initial plans and the bones of your trip. we love video conferencing too! this step is meant to fine tune specific details about your upcoming trip.
step 3 — customize
now that we have your dates and location locked in, it’s time to start booking flights, accommodations, dining, and other special add-ons to fill in your schedule! depending on the package you’ve chosen, we can be involved as much or as little as you’d like us to be!
step 4 — finalize
so close to your getaway! you will receive digital and hard copies of your itinerary as well as exclusive ever east merchandise to get you ready for take off! once on your trip, we will check in occasionally to make sure all of our travel providers are taking the very best care of you.
